I think you should cook one or two more things to really make sure the Yoder is well seasoned. Looks like a great cook.

Your cooks are amazing I would not call anything rookie love cheeks- sautee in butter for a bit then cook in oven with a pork gravy covering them That ham looks interesting

Looks great Yoeri! Gawd I wished I knew some of the bretheren when I lived over there. I would have people bring bbq over on the plane in a cooler in order to get legit bbq.

Ham looks great.

Oh, I just didn't figure out the temp differences in the Yoder. I had read the manual and some more info prior to buying it but was still kinda lost.

M-I-L is doing better and will be released from hospital today.
