A slice (disc) of link sausage (I used jalapeño cheese venison), then there is a "shot glass" like shape and fill that with some sort of cream cheese mix, I used cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced green chile peppers, good bit of butt rub, then pour into the "shot glass" as filling. Then put brown sugar on top! It's fantastic!
