Ronelle posted something about a spicey peanutbutter in the WoodPile.
Since I'm not Pheeling 100% I decided to make a spicey peanutbutter soup on the small UDS.
This soup is very common where I'm originally Phrom (Surinam,Creole cooking).
Ingredients
-spicey peanutbutter
-pulled pork
-smoked porkbelly chop
-butter
-coconut milk
-water
-allspice
-Maggi bouillon cubes
-onion
-red onion
-tomato
-garlic
-grinded laos
-chopped cellery stems and leaves
-tomato paste
-very ripe nanner mixed with cane sugar,a bit of cinnamon and rum (nanners are for Shane:wink
