Im going to need a second freezer..
MisterChrister-I actually just got some Brisket shipped to me(Akaiashi- a waygu variety) and it was only $22.50 for 3 of em- almost 35lbs...but it was only shipped 100 miles or so.

Same here . Makes me want to live in Texas sometimes. I would lose it if I saw brisket prices that cheap here.

It's hard to find Pork Butts at that price much less Brisket.

I think he means for the shipping, bet the briskets were not cheap at all.

BTW Aku is red Japanese cattle and here in the states we typically reserve the term "waygu" for the black cows.

Market Street has pork butt on sale $.98/lbs. right now until June 2nd. We bought the last 3 butts they had in stock last night and I'll be back later this weekend to grab more if they have any
