1 gallon apple cider 1 gallon apple juice-I use hand pressed 3 cups sugar 6-9 cinnamon sticks Bring above ingredients to a boil in a large stockpot,then turn off heat.Allow to cool completely.Add 1 quart of moonshine,stir,chill,serve.It tastes just like apple pie. If you do not have moonshine available you can substitute 151 rum or Everclear(PGA). |

Looks fantastic - every bit of it . Even the moonshine - although I no longer drink. Moonshine was the first liquor I ever drank and holy chit was that a surprise .
