Default Pizza on the Gasser

I got this Pizza oven that fits perfectly on my Weber gasser as a Christmas gift, we use it quite a bit and it really does a good job producing heat. Fired it up last night and made a couple of pies, nothing special just homemade dough, pepperoni, mushroom and black olives. Just wanted to share……….

Wide open on all three burners it will get over 650 + degrees, I try and keep it around 550 + or -
