Sam's Club Butcher Paper
Hey y'all!
I'm doing a brisket this weekend and I want to wrap with butcher paper instead of foil. Sam's has Handy Wacks. Big white rolls but only $18. I got concerned because it said it has some sort of coating. What is that? Should I not use this stuff? Brethren and Sistren, please help!

After I posted this, I found another post that answers my questions. I should have looked harder. Sorry all!
