I'm new to smoking. Just got a webber smokey Mountain a few months ago. I've done a few cooks...several ribs, chicken, a fatty and some sides like jalepeno abt's, corn etc.
I'm still trying to find my groove with the ribs. Haven't found a consistent cook on my ribs yet, done some different experiments and have learned from lots of mistakes. Just hope to learn some stuff from you guys. Wanna do a brisket and some pulled pork before the summer is over. So thanks for this great community. |
