My father’s favorite food is chicken, so we loaded the PK Grills #PK360 into the car and cooked chicken for him!

Besides Father’s Day dinner we wanted to leave them with chicken to put in the freezer for easy meals in the future, so I cooked some chicken breasts, leg quarters and wings. All were dusted with Plowboys BBQ Yardbird rub and finished with a mystery sauce from our collection in the BBQ refrigerator

This is also an entry in the Happy Meal throw down that runs until the end of June! Still time to get your entries in!

That is some fine looking chicken coming off that cooker. Great gesture on your part cooking extra for them to eat later. Glad your parents are still around for you to cook for. Thanks for posting.

Glad to see you're cooking on your new PK grill, Ron! I'm sure your Dad was not disappointed in the least!
