Default VD cook with pron. (Including my new Franken Loaf)

Happy V.D. Farkers!

Today I cooked up a bunch of beef short ribs (they came out ok), burnt ends for the first time(Love them!)

And my brain child, the Franken Loaf. It's a spicy sausage, wrapped in in chicken, wrapped in pork loin, wrapped in beef, hugged by a bacon weave. Each layer is dusted with my new no carb rub.
