St Louis rib price
Hello folks,
Looking to find what the rib price round the country is. Round these parts, a case is going for $2.89lb. Usually I can get them from my butcher for .80-.90 less than that. Pork usually goes up this time of year but i deffinately passed on these.

Great score on these about 2 months back:
23 lbs of IBP's (Tysons) for $38.00. I had to do my own St Louis cuts on em, but got 6 huge slabs o' ribs and enough tips for 3 other meals. Defrosting 2 slabs for tomorrow as we speak.
