Default the pizzaco

this is an extension of last week's porchetta cannoli. I thought that the dough would work better as an open ended taco shell:







stuffed with turkey meatballs, smoked sopressata & mozzarella:

thanks bigabyte, it tasted pretty good too. I suppose this would be fun for young kids, make a bunch of shells then have them stuff them like tacos with whatever they want... thinking that would be the best application.
