First Comp of Year!

Just recieved the info for the first comp this year!

Three Rivers BBQ Team will be at the Garden Sate BBQ Cookoff in Orangburg SC on Feb 19-20. It is a SCBA event, that includes pork, ribs and chicken...just need to get permission to use muffin pans.

Thanks. I am going to start running some new chicken recipes and procedures. Will be using my new Weber Performer for the chicken and have only entered one chicken comp before...10th out of 33...with a sweet potato glaze bbq sauce.
