I have a party of 45 i have been asked to cook for. Can anyone tell me how you all price cooking for a event like this.

I charge $8 per pound precooked weight for pulled pork no sauce, picked up.

So i need to get enough butts to yeld 15 lb? Then u charge say $10 per lb cooked? Is that with sauce?

Yep. Buy 30#'s, it will yield 15. I do include sauce, generally 1 quart per large deep steam pan which is right at 15 pounds / 4 butts.
