Leg of lamb on Pbc w/ pron
So I planned on doing a leg of lamb yesterday. As I was preparing it my friend called me up and invited me over for a cookout in the evening with a bunch of folks. One of those last minute deals but I like that sometimes. I told him since Im already in the middle of doing the lamb Ill bring it over.
Needless to say everyone went berserk over it. It came out excellent. I couldn't carve it fast enough. Simple rub with rosemary, garlic, black pepper, salt, lemon zest and clarified butter. Hung some potatoes along later. Evoo,s&p, fresh garlic, rosemary. Just managed to snap this before it disappeared. I barely got to taste it.
