Default Bbqued. Rabbit. PRON.

Well it wasn't the Easter Bunny but even still it was dang tasty. Started out soaking in
salt water over night. Then rinse off
and pat dry, rubbed with EVOO. Coated
with lemon pepper spice and sauce at the
end. So far just Matthew and I have enjoyed it.

Some of my best and worst meals have been rabbit -- I guess they're always memorable. Sometimes it is sweet and delicious and other times it is so gamy, I can't stomach it. Never tried it BBQ'ed before. That sure does look beautiful!

Not anymore

No Gamey taste at all and does kind of remind me of chicken breast with it's own flavor.

That looks really good! I haven't had rabbit in about 20 years. I will have to find some and try it on the grill.

I like eating rabbit almost as much as much as I like shooting them. That's good stuff right there, never tried it grilled or bbq'd before, new item on the bucket list
