Had some wings in the fridge. Mixed up 6 or 7 cloves o garlic worcesteshirshire sauce, dijon, olive oil, black pepper. Marinated for 5 hours. SMOKE, setting on the Pitboss, for an hour, then cranked to 400 for 20 minutes. Yummy!
