Basic Poultry Rub

1 tablespoon turbinado sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
3/4 teaspoon celery salt
3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander

Also you might consider brining the chicken for outstanding results...

Believe it or not Fiesta brand spices puts out a pretty good chicken rub! I don't know if that brand is available in your area though so how about Plowboy's Yardrub?

This is pretty close to my recipe only I throw a little cayenne into the mix for some kick and I use white sugar instead of the turbinado.

Chicken quarters are so darned good you don't have to add much. Pepper, Lawry's Seasoned Salt and let it rip.

I either use Sea Salt, Pepper & Onion powder, or YARD BIRD.
It doesn't take much to taste amazing.
