Default Lamb Kofta Aussie style

Freshly ground Lamb .
Blended with a garlic,Mint Yoghurt,and a tandoori spice mix.
Cooked over Charcoal and eaten with a bucketload of beer
Salad was garden fresh with roasted Tomato.

Would be useless asking as they speak very little English.
