Nothing wrong with a Crock pot. I have two and they get a workout in the winter when it's freezing outside.

Most Excellent Mid Nite Snack - went a lil too heavy on the SPG tho.......... took about 3 cups of the crock pot juices n added about 1 1/2 cups of flour roux in saucepan on stove for a cpl minutes for me gravy........ Mmmm
