Buy a Big Poppa kit and you won't have your UDS, you'll have someone else's.

I have about 500.00 in my stainless build...
This includes:
2 level grill grates
Rotisserie unit
Dome SS lid and handle
3 thermometers - one wireless
meat hanging hooks
SS fire pit flame ring to hold hanging meats
2 x step bits... SS burns bits up!
SS pellet smoking tube

I would not trade it for anything!

Little odd and end pieces like SS screws and bolts add up quickly, but still worth it if you are willing to put in the time to build it. Drilling and measuring accurately can be tricky if you aren't careful. Take your time doing that!
