Tidewater Shenanigans - Pastrami Time (w/ Pr0n)!

We have a pressure canner, would that work?

I honestly don't know the difference between a pressure cooker and a pressure canner.

I can only imagine that they do basically the same things, but I wouldn't want to speak out of turn.

I'm right off the Indian River Road exit so can get anywhere in Chesapeake quickly. I work in the Greenbriar/Battlefield area which is about 10 minute drive from my house.

What a kiiler cook, both the pastrami and the wings.
But that sammie has me drooling!!

Pastrami is my project for later this year. Need to find a nice brisket flat.
