I find Dino bones tend to take
longer then pork spare ribs
I have done them both with
a dry rub and some times I
will marinade the ribs overnight
seven hours of smoke for full
racks of Dino bones..
Boy do I love them Dino bones

I changed the rub up a little and have another "pair" on the smoker now, some Loin ribs are keeping them company- Its 30 degrees and a snowstorm here. Will post some photos later.
