Smoked beef...but I'm not sure of the cut
One of my friends gave me this piece of meat at the end of last week asking if I'd like to smoke it. Silly thing to ask huh???
Anyway, I don't even know what the cut is but man...was it good. Seasoned up with some seasoned salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, and something else I can't remember (too much pre-cook wine drinking). Anyway, into a preheated 300 degree drum with oak. She spent a couple hours in there getting happy. Flipped once during the cook and pulled her out at about 130-ish. Wifey and I like our beef on the closer side to medium well. Had to take one end cut for myself as chef's privilege
