Started prepping after work on Friday. Made a hash brown casserole with onions, peppers + shredded cheese. Rolled into hot sausage and wrapped with a bacon weave. Put the fatty in the fridge and drank a couple of Boulevard's... this is when the creativity began. I was making some Tortinos pizza rolls and started thinking about ABT's (as I do quite often). "Oh why the hell not?" I said to myself while trimming thawed out pizza rolls and jamming them into jalapenos. I also made some standard ABT's with seasoned cream cheese. I drank a few more beers and started butt rubbin'.
Threw the bone in butt on just before midnight. Woke up every few hours to check on it. The Fatty went on at about 6 (I wanted it for breakfast) and the ABT's went on at 10, when I took the fatty off. Finished the ABT's on the grill at about noon and pulled the pork off at about 1. Enjoyed an amazing meal just before the 2:30 Buckeye game!
