Default First smoked Turkey.

Smoked my first turkey today. It turned out great. Smoking temp ranged from 295-330. Smoked with some applewood. I'm going to do another one for Christmas

It was an 11# turkey. I injected it with some butter. Rub some fresh herbs under the skin. throw some of my favorite bbq rub on it. Put it on my smoker(El cheapo Brinkmann) at 8:30 and it was done by 11:30. Temp was mainly in the 320's
