Wings,legs,and Thighs W/plowboys Rub
Running late today, been a busy day for call out's. I think I am safe now so I got the smoker heating up. Going to put Plowboy's rub to the test today. Plus I get to finally try out the leg and wing rack's I ordered from northern tool. I will post pics as I get them. Probably be a late nighter.

That's the ticket. I cooked up 13 last night for the freezer. 12 on the rack and one on top.
Tomorrow the MIL wanted wings, it will be my first wings on the rack. Good thing I read this....I need to season my wings tonight.

I MUST APOLOGIZE TO MY BROTHERS
I won't be able to post a finshed pic of the brat's. Matthew=1 wife = 1 me = 2 . Now as I count that adds up to four. My point, They were 5 and one is MIA, All have been questioned and no one knows anything. It's a conspriacy. Which one could it have been. |

You got a much nicer color than I did, I was closer to 275*. I need to work at a lower temperature. I just like not turning. I rotated the rack every 45 minutes.

looks great. Next to a big, thick, medium strip steak, chicken wings are my second favorite (or maybe third after bacon...)
