Default Rib Snacks for my Rib Cook!

Today I am cooking 2 slabs of spares untrimmed on Royal Oak lump on my WSM. This is part of my RO migration from Kingsford. So, what does a cook snack on when cooking ribs? Answer... Ribs! I had some left over from last weeks cook so I pulled them out of freezer and let them reheat on the CG. I slathered them with a little sauce and let them sear to "re-perfection"!

"re-perfection"? Could be, they sure look good enough.
Enjoy your day.
