Thanks, I am not new to cooking, just new to Real BBQ, and I know my way around a Burger. Only cooked on charcoal or wood when Camping once or twice a year. The funny thing was I cooked lunch on the gasser that day, and it ran out of propane, just as I finished, must of been a sign from the BBQ Gods.
And just last night my son was complaining that we don't have enough burgers this time of year. He's still not gonna get any due to the freezing temps, but now I got the bacon weave idea to go with it. Awesome stuff. Made me hungry.
