Weber Performer Gas Adapter

Hello Brethren..just picked up a Performer over the weekend that was listed on CL. Got it for $50! Great shape. Little TLC and she was looking like new. The guy did not have the gas bottle for the ignition system. Question is can I buy a replacement somewhere and/or is there some sort of adapter that would work with the existing hose to go to the small style propane bottles you can pick up everywhere?

You can pick up the small propane bottles most anywhere for $4.00, or do you need the hose and attachment too?

The hose and adatper is with the grill. I need an adapter that would go from the bayonet male on the existing hose, to the small bottle top thread.

Hi, I have a performer also, you should be able to find a quick connect adaptor at Amazon ( I just got a adaptor for my tank to make it easier to refill ) good luck and nice find:clap2:
