Wow. I was expecting to see a ding of some sort or a scratch. That looks brutal. Weber is usually solid when it comes to customer service and typically doesn't play the "that must have happened during delivery and is the carrier's fault...you'll have to take it up with them" game.

When my WSM arrived it came missing a leg. I noticed that on a Friday night and already had meat to cook on Saturday and Sunday. I was not happy when they told me I couldn't get a replacement till Tuesday at earliest. That said, it was worth the wait. Great smoker.

My Home Depot is stocking 18.5 and 22's -- even if I had to drive an hour or so I think I would rather than mail order...........

I know that was disappointing! Sorry to see it! I've got three Weber products and can't stress enough how impressed I've been with their customer service over the last 12 years. They have been great...always very responsive!
Sorry for the bad luck but I'm sure they will make it right and you'll love the smoker. |
