Here is a bad photo of today's brisket leftovers.... Drum roll........
Brisket Sushi!!!
I can't say it's an original idea. Guy Fieri has barbecue sushi on his menu. I just simply made sushi rice, added some rice vinegar and brisket rub, then put it on some tapioca paper, added a slice of brisket, rolled it up, cut it, topped it with Javacue Sauce, and ate!
Great meal for an office lunch, and I was full with only 1 good slice of brisket, the rice and a handful of grapes.
