Took the plunge and ordered one yesterday.
Anybody ever see one in action?

That sounds like Booker T and the MGs.

When I saw that it runs at 250 degrees for 60 hrs I had to have it cause I like my ribs fall-off-the-bone

Surely that time was a miscommunication between BBQ Guru and the animator. That must be 16 rather than 60 hours on one load of charcoal.
