Here's the results so far. The fattys were done with Jimmy Dean Maple, one stuffed and wrapped, the other just right out of the wrapper. Stuffing was a half tomato, a tomitillo, half an onion, half a bell pepper, two jalapenos, cilantro and a half pound of mozzerella. The weave was dusted with a little brown sugar and cayenne. I used Third Eye's no salt, no sugar rub recipe on the butt. slipped up and took a pic of the wrong butt  more to follow when the pork reaches temp! Appreciate everyones advice. The fattys were AWSOME tasting. I never knew!

And Finally, PIG! It's not fall off the bone so it came out more like a roast, but I had to pull it due to time restrictions (Yawn!). Still full from the fattys but the taste was great!

Good fatty, nice butt, and the cigar looked awesome too. The beer, eh, sure why not?

Funny!
Try to roll it in the plastic foil next time and twist it till it looks like a large candy wrapped.:-D
You'll get that sausage look and the ends of the fatty will look better.
Don't thank me,thank your Brethren!:-D

Darn, I did not know beer was part of a fatty recipe:-D

I like your stuffing combo - sounds tasty and complex.
