I'll be putting a 15 lb packer on the UDS around 2 on sunday morn... Might do a chicken for lunck tomorrow.
 
2 10lb butts, a 13 lb packer, and 5lbs of beef sausage for the mother-in-law's 50th B-day on Saturday. Left overs for the game.
 
I'm going to cure and smoke some tasso this weekend.

Maybe a chicken on the rotisserie on Sunday. I just feel like cooking a bird and tearing it apart and eating it on that day, for some reason. :becky:

Doin some St Louis ribs and two half chickens two different ways, I'm doing a test run for a comp next week I'll post later for y'all farker to look at...
