Daughter's last nite in town and she's back off to college. 2 tri tip and 3 fatties - One "plain", one jalapeno and cheese, one roma tomato pesto, garlic, and cheese. A little spill over on the tri tip, but it's all good.

Montreal steak seasoning (ground up fine in the bullet), Gilroy Farms minced garlic, Turbinado sugar, Yoshida's marinade, EVOO - All mixed into a paste and spread on top about 2 hours before. On the smoker for 4.5 hours at 250. Hickory and avocado chips add some nice flavor. Thanks.

Glad to hear your daughter is going to college. I have a dghtr that has a 4.0+ grade point and still is on the fence about college.
