I was hungry for some chinese and......
Well, I started with these, thought I'd make some teriyaki ribs.....
The beginnings of some teriyaki sauce........ Then the project grew into a full blown chinese dinner.......... All this was turned into a ginger Udon Noodle soup, Grilled Chicken Chow Mein, Grilled Chicken Fried Rice and the afore mentioned Teriyaki Ribs. Some of the prep work.......... Chicken on the grill....... The Udon Noodles for the soup and the Chow Mein Noodles......... Put the fried rice together.......... Got the ribs on the grill......... Got the Chow Mein put together............. All put together.......... Turned out delicious, really hit the spot! Thanks for looking all. KC

If you did a search here, you'd probably find several variations, I know Landarc has a great recipe that I've seen somewhere in one of the threads here. KC
