i cooked this a couple nights ago.....

so i decided to add some onions and cheese to the party and make some sandwiches....

they tasted better than they looked.

the avocado is just olive oil and a bbq rub, set next to the coals while i'm cooking the other stuff. when it's 'done' the avocado seems too loosen from the skin. that is when i pull them off.
