Temp @ 225*, fueled with Stubbs natural charcoal... flavored with cherry wood chunks. Time around 3 1/4 hours.

Seasoning: Experimented with Dollar Tree brand - Blazin' Blends - New Orleans Style Seafood and Chicken seasonings. (Strong salt content)

Actually all the birds were done intact... not spatched.
Had different amounts of the seasonings sprinkled on each chicken... would be better mixed with a non-salt/herbal/heavier kick combination.

That's ok, too... pull the skin off tomorrow for another family's favorite... chicken salad! :thumb::thumb:
