Here are the burnt ends from yesterdays brisket cook. Made little sliders for dinner. Now I have a picture to post in the other thread

That is seriously good looking eats...come on suppertime!!!...:-D

what are burnt ends?

Burnt ends are typically the cubed point end of the brisket tossed back in a pan and then on the smoker to continue to get yummy. Some people just cube and toss back on the smoker and some re-rub, add sauce, etc. Me I just cube, toss into a disposable aluminum pan and stir in some sauce and then back on the smoker for 2-3 more hours.

I have recently seen postings for pork butt burnt ends and even SPAM burnt ends as well in the last few days on the forum.

Those look great.:-D I could eat a bunch of them.

Oh mama.....those look yummy!!

Look great! I finally had some decent burnt ends the other day.

I've been wanting burnt ends all day, that didn't help. Looks great.

Those look GREAT!

I think burnt ends are the best thing ever - better than the wheel - better than the microprocessor - better than the automobile - better than antibiotics.

This is me when I saw your burnt ends.

This is my keyboard after I saw your burnt ends.

Was that over the top? I can never tell.

What kind of bread is the slider?

Actually just simple Pillsbury biscuits that come in the 40 pack that I just used for the biscuit test in my new stumps. Figured if I was going to cook 40 biscuits (8 each rack) and I just finished the burnt ends ...

Coincidence? I think not.
