Hello from Indiana
Hello, my name is Noah. I've been smoking and curing meat for about 30 years, started with a 55 gal barrel smoker that I made to smoke cured hams and bacon , dried beef, and of course moved up from there, pretty much building everything I used. I've been looking at pellet smokers lately and must say I've want one bad, so I'll get one ordered soon.
