Seasoned with Simply Marvelous BBQ Rub then wrapped in prosciutto, not vary well it was too thin but it was sure good.

On the Egg at 450* for 90-sec. a side

Served with asparagus and Wasabi Butter. Was a terrific meal next time I'll buy thicker prosciutto.

Wasabi Butter Recipe: 1T Wasabi powder, 1T cold water, 1/4C softened butter,2 green onions thinly sliced, juice of 1/2 lime, salt and pepper

Still working on the tuna, I see. Which rub is that and your thoughts on it, please?

Ross, try some Todd's Dirt on the asparagus - think you would like it.

Wish I could get fresh albacore - looks great even with thin prosicutto:rolleyes:
