Default Pics Of a Really Great Brisket.

All I can say is, every now and then you hit a really pretty brisket. My feeling is, you only need white bread and brisket....Ok sometimes a little tomato and some onions too. Also want to thank God and our fighting men and women for a safe Christmas and New Years.

9.7lb untrimmed. Put it on at 9:00am--225*-250*. Oak wine barrel, Ranchers, pulled it off around 5pm at 191* foiled for two hours.
