Looks great ! Fiesta fajita seasoning is great on baby backs too. Like the Shiner Bock idea. Where do get 24oz Shiner?

I LOVE Poblanos! Definitely agree, they add an extra depth of flavor that regular green peppers don't.

Chuck roasts I picked up at SAMs. I also made a pot of pintos with the ham bone from thanksgiving with the fiesta pinto bean seasoning.
