Is lookin for wood to cook with.
A buddy of mine has an Egg and he is starting to venture in to the world of smoking instead of just using it as a high priced grill. I have a UDS and I have been trying to give him some pointers. My question is, on the probe thermometers, where do you run the cables? Through the vent in the top, or across the seal between the top and bottom. I am going to get him a couple of thermometers so he can monitor meat and grill temp. Then if I can just get him to leave the lid closed, but that is for another day.
