Padawan's Dorado and Phubar's RibRoast Pron

Padawan really wanted some tasty beePh (she's a genuine beePh lover me thinks) this weekend...we went to the wholesale store and she picked out a nice piece of beePh.

For starters she made dorado with shrimps and a Phennel salad.

Main course was rib roast with pommes duchesse and green asparagus.
I stole the idea from Brethren Hav to marinate the beePh in chimichurri.

Dessert was supposed to be smoked rhubarb with yoghurt but it didn't happen...
