Bo, I just joined up here a few days ago and love this place. I just whipped up a batch according to your directions and I must say it's darn good. I will let it sit a few days in the fridge before I will use it this weekend. I'm pretty excited to try it. Thanks for posting it.

I made a batch up Thursday evening and used it Friday in some bbq beans and then today on chopped brisket - it's wonderful and I think after it sits a week or so it will be even better.

I made two minor tweaks - didn't have celery salt but had celery seed so used that instead. I was also out of cayenne so I used a small amount of my dried Caribbean pepper dust.

I made some up too and took it with me to my wife's 4th of July family picnic. I didn't tell anyone what kind it was but everyone that tried it came up to me to say how good it was!

Definitely the best vinegar based sauce I've ever made, thank you Bo!

Definitely making this one. Gotta do my part to restore Virginia's BBQ heritage in the northern part of the commonwealth! 'course, that means I'll have to smoke up some meats to use it on.

Not familiar with Jerry's, but looked it up and seems they are based in Richmond and sell out of some local stores? Can also be ordered online. Looks interesting. What's the flavor profile? Vinegar? Tomato?

I know Jerry. He's a great guy and makes a delicious BBQ sauce. You definitely need to track some down.

I made a batch of this sauce yesterday and used it to glaze a meatloaf I had on the smoker. Best meatloaf ever.

I think this might be my go to sauce recipe from now on. Thanks for sharing!

Made some a couple days ago and tried it on on a smoked pork blade steak. Pretty good sauce. I like the thinner consistency.
