fresh wild caught salmon and stuffed potatoes
grabbed some fresh wild caught salmon today as well as some stuffed potatoes. normally i'd make my own, but time was tight and these looked pretty good.
seasoned the fish with salt and pepper and dizzy pig raging river and cooked it all at 350 on the BGE. thanks for looking!

My wife calls it something else, and she hates it when I do that. Clever image placement, that gave me a good laugh this morn. Where'd you catch the salmon? |

Spectacular looking salmon! Now I want sea food really really bad.
Like I tell everyone, the trick is getting them to keep their clothes on...
