Today's beef ribs... with pron
Today we smoked some beef ribs on the ceramic Vision grill we recently got.. Its been a LONG time since I've done beef ribs that weren't chopped down to nubs by Costco/Sam's Club -- got these at Restaurant Depot..
Anyway, got some pron below... Here's the ribs in a home made teriyaki marinade... Fridged for ~4 hours ImageUploadedByTapatalk1349674287.655513.jpg I forgot to snap some photos of it cooking..
