Default New BBQ Rig

I pulled the trigger on a new BBQ rig. It was custom made from the ground up by the guys at BQ Grills in Elm City NC. It has a stumps clone smoker, 2 pot burners, 2 fryers, a whole hog cooker and 4 sinks with prep space.

I'm about as happy as I could possibly be.

Fired up the smoker on Saturday..

I sat and just watched the temp gauge for hours before I even put any meat on making adjustments, watching for changes, enjoying cold beverages...Best Day Ever!
